Principle of CPU Heat Sink

Taking Intel's original heat sink as an example, it adopts a bottom blowing heat dissipation method. The yellow circle at the bottom of the heat sink is made of copper material, which is in direct contact with the CPU. Through the metal's easy thermal conductivity, the heat generated by the CPU during operation can be quickly carried away, and the heat can be conducted to the surrounding heat dissipation fins. Then, the fins can be used to have a large area of contact with the air and the assistance of the fan to achieve the effect of heat dissipation.
